Traveling back in time to his first known crime in 1968, this series covers the decade long chase and federal investigation which uncovered a string of Rodney Alcala’s victims across four state boundaries.
Preying on women, children and men, Alcala managed to deceive and trap his unsuspecting targets by posing as a successful photographer. With his IQ of 160+, he used his intelligence and presentation skills to engage his victims in order to exploit them for his sadistic games.
